Vinyl Menu Board

This is a menu board I designed and printed using a circuit cutter.

I cut the text out of white vinyl sheets and applied the transfer sheets to a wooden board by the “swag” items table for people to see pricing for products like t-shirts, flasks, hats, and 375ml bottles.

Apology Card

This is a card (business card size) that staff can hand out to customers when they feel service has fallen short - maybe an order got mixed up, they had to wait a long time, or some kind of mishap negatively effected their experience - employees use this as a tool to help relieve the situation.

The card offers $5 off the next visit - this encourages customers to come back as well as ease their mood in the case of service falling a bit short. Of course, the goal is to not have to use this card in the first place, but it is a tool that can be helpful when needed.

This is a collection of postcards I made for Norseman.

The Strong Scott building was built in the early 1900s. Some of these images can be seen displayed around the distillery. We wanted to highlight this and pay homage to the past in our postcards. All the images are from the interior / exterior of the Strong Scott building circa 1908. I added the Norseman branding to make the design look cohesive and tie it into what the building is being used for today. The postcards are up for grabs at the swag items table.
